In the first six Test matches, Miandad held the record with 652 runs. Shafique on the other hand has already accumulated 672 runs, with a chance to pile on more runs on Day 5.

Pakistan are currently 120 runs behind with 7 wickets in hand. This will be a historic victory for Pakistan as no team has ever chased a 200+ run target against Sri Lanka at Galle.
